where is my bluetooth

i have a hp 15 f272wm with windows 10 cortana says blurtooth is on, and i have drivers for bluetooth. am i missing hardware for bluetooth?

We understand you have Windows®10, is this an upgrade from a previous version? Has the Bluetooth* worked before?
