wifi problem

  1. What is the brand and model of your system?
  2. What was the last change made in the system before the issue started a year ago?
  3. Did you try to update the driver? If yes, did you get any error message during the update?

2. I don't remember the exact date, but one day the Wi-Fi option disappeared from the Quick Settings panel and from the main Settings. I watched some videos on YouTube to fix it, and it worked temporarily. However, the problem happened again. I tried everything—disabling and enabling the driver, uninstalling and reinstalling it, even rolling it back—but nothing worked.

These days, the same problem is happening with Bluetooth. When I turn it on, it connects, but after a few seconds or minutes, it disappears. I have to restart my laptop to get Bluetooth back, but when I try to use it again, it disappears. I got frustrated and stopped using it

 

3. Yes, it is. I use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant to keep all my drivers updated. 

There were no error messages during the driver updates. Everything installed successfully using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant.

"I just updated both the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi drivers—there were no error messages during the update."

"My Wi-Fi driver status is showing code 10"

Thank you for the update.


For error code 43 and error code 10, we have a troubleshooting guide that you can try. Please follow the steps here specially the clean driver installation part to check that this is just a driver issue. Hopefully this is not a hardware issue since it is not working for a year now.
