I have a Lenovo tablet with the intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160.
I got a new router and now my computer can not find my network. My adult children live next door and have the exact same router and I can see it but not my own.
How can I fix this problem? It keeps looking for my old router but not the new.

In the very last update to the driver for this card, Intel fixed an issue that prevented the card from interoperating with WiFi 6 Routers. You need to download and install this driver.
Since this is a (long) discontinued card, Intel does not provide any support for it - and this includes provided driver downloads (really slimy move, IMHO). All is not lost, when the discontinuation announcements were made, I archived copies of the final driver releases for the various cards. Since so many people have needed these drivers, I made this part of my archive public. Use this link: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AtacZBU04mo-j-tQ34BdSDv6y1BFsg?e=7gn50T to access this share. Subfolders provide final driver packages for most of the Discontinued Wireless cards (look closely at the titles for yours).
Hope this helps,

Will the 3165 drivers work for the 3160? Absolutely not; you must use the drivers from the 3160 folder. Pick the package specific to your Windows version.
