公版brd文件无法打开

已下载ARL 公版文件，包含751498/751520，使用allegro 17.2 and 17.4均无法打开。请问软件是有最低版本要求吗，建议如何解决？

The file is downloaded from INTEL official website, as shown in Figure 1 . Unzipped to a BRD document, as shown in Figure 2, but cannot be opened using allegro17.2/17.4
