C++ Compiler Link Problem with Abaqus2023

Hello.

I got a trouble with linking c++ compiler with Abaqus.

I installed Visual Studio 2019 first,

then installed oneAPI base toolkit and HPC toolkit in order.

And I verified link status,

C++ Compiler stuck in trouble only, Linker and Fortran Compiler are OK.

The message is

"C++ Compiler : Unable to create or determine the version of a C++ compiler on this system.
If a C++ compiler is installed on this system, please load vcvars64.bat file before running Abaqus".

How could I solve this problem?

I've loaded vcvars64.bat file already.

I look forward to your help from those who have experienced the same problem.

Thanks.

Hi Luke, Could you please share the below details with us?

  • Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version.
  • OS build on which you are installing the product.
  • Exact version of Intel® oneAPI Base toolkit and Intel® HPC toolkit.
  • Have the products been successfully installed?
  • Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
  • Is the installer an online or an offline package?
  • Screenshot of the error (if possible)

To assist you further, we would require these details.

Hi Vipin_Singh1.

I'll write down reply for your requests.

1. Version of MS Visual Studio : 2019, ver.16.11.1

2. OS Build : Win 10 Enterprise (Build 19042)

3. oneAPI toolkit Version : The lastest Version (downloaded 1week ago)

4. Installed successfully all of them

5. None of other versions were installed

6. I've downloaded offline package

7. Unable to upload due to security policy, but when I enter "abaqus info=system" command,

the messege prompt me

"C++ Compiler : Unable to create or determine the version of a C++ compiler on this system.
If a C++ compiler is installed on this system, please load vcvars64.bat file before running Abaqus."

Additional,

Linker Version : Microsoft (R) Incremental Linker Version 14.29.30133.0

Fortran Compiler : Intel Fortran Compiler 2021.12

Thanks for your answering.
