Can't download VTUNE: when i click download , it goes to another webpage

Hi,

 

I have been trying to download vtune profiler without any success. I tried different target OS but each time it goes to the developer zone webpage without any download starting.

 

Please help. I need the windows version.

Thanks for posting your concern on the forum. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, we appreciate you contacting us regarding it. The issue is occurring due to a technical glitch. However, please be assured as our internal team working on it. It will be resolved soon.


Please find below the direct download link for the full installer of the Intel® VTune Profiler for Windows* 2023.0 Release. For example, in this case the following.


Direct Download Link: https://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/19154/w_oneapi_vtune_p_2023.0.0.25541_offline.exe


However, if you come across any similar issue in the meantime, as a workaround, kindly go through the below steps. You may find them helpful in resolving your concern.


  • Try clearing your cookies, cache and system temporary files before using an Incognito Tab to visit the same link.

 

Intel® VTune Profiler Linkhttps://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/vtune-profiler-download.html


  • Select as per your requirements.

 

  • A request to "Sign In or Sign Up" would appear now. Select the option to proceed with the download just under it, as "Continue as a Guest (download starts immediately)->".


Note: Make sure that you are not signed in during the entire process.


This shall start the download. However, please feel free to let us know in future if the issue persists.


Kindly update us if the current concern has been resolved.
