I did a Google search for the intel downloadable documentation and when I follow the link I get:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/guide/download-documentation-intel-oneapi-toolkits-components.html" on this server.
Reference #18.9f95df17.1633873538.28d7c3bf
I didn't see an alternative link on any Intel pages (could easily have missed it since the Intel stuff is so scattered about). It would be nice if the downloadable documentation made it into the same places as the downloadable toolkits and other components in the registration center or software developers pages.

Hi CFR,
Thanks for your patience while we were checking on the issue. We have tried to replicate it. However, the access denial does not occur on our end in several instances, with or without account sign-in. We would recommend you try visiting the link after clearing your cookies and cache or through the Incognito Tab of your browser.
However, please let me know if the issue persists.
Regards,
Soumya

Hi CFR,
Thanks for accepting our solution. Glad to know that the link seems to be working fine for you as well. Proceeding further we are closing this thread. However, if you need any additional information, please feel free to post a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel®.
Have a nice day ahead.
Regards,
Soumya
