How to purchase Intel® oneAPI Toolkit Products with Priority Support on different operating systems

I would like to know how to purchase Intel® oneAPI Toolkit Products with Priority Support, especially oneMKL, and how to get this in different operating systems like win，linux and macOs. I want to know if i only need to buy once to use it on different operating systems, or need to buy different platform versions for different operating systems. Hi Chen, please click here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/news/free-intel-software-developer-tools.html, download the latest version of the toolkit. You can select the OS platform as per your choice.
