Gernot, we found that the license serial numbers have been upgraded. Thus the older license serial numbers have been retired and new license serial numbers have been provided to you.
However, the new license serial numbers were not yet activated and thus you could not generate the license file. We have now activated them from our end. Please log in to your account and check if you can download the license files or not.
