Intel Parallel Studio XE invalid license

Dear Team,

I've changed my server and when I try to install the Intel Parallel Studio XE 2020 Professional Edition for C++ Linux on new computer, I have following message:

"Following error has occurred during license check: (-21). Please refer to https://software.intel.com/en-us/faq/licensing for details."

and cannot proceed with the installation neither with a license file nor with serial number. What can I do?
