Intel apt repository not working... again

Upon trying to execute:

add-apt-repository "deb https://apt.repos.intel.com/oneapi all main" && apt-get update

I get the following error:

I've read other entries on this forum and all of them required a manual fix from the Intel support team. Can you please do it again?
