License key for a intel fortran 2015

Dear,

we have purchased the intel one api license with support to have access to a license for intel fortran 2015 (for a legacy application -we cannot use a more recent one).

1/Where can we find the executables for this version? 

2/Could you explain us how to get and activate a license file and how to update the license (we have a version already installed on a server for which we need to update the license file - in attachment a screenshot)?

Please confirm if that is correct. If that is correct, please let us know the name of the operating systems: where you would be installing and where you want to update the license for the product.
