I have installed Oneapi Base toolkit in linux in the default directory. I want to uninstall it and then reinstall it in a different directory. I have deleted packagemanager.db in /var/intel/installercache. While installing in command line in silent installation, it got interrupted. Now the installer is not launching from root. The error I am getting is,

Installer failed with error Error preparing SQL statement.
If I try to install from user account the installer launches (without sudo). But then I have no permission to install in the desired directory I want. If I use sudo the following error is shown,

QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root'
Installer failed with error Error preparing SQL statement.
