Open MP RTL Licence Requirements

I am trying to find the licence requirements for distributing an old version of the Intel Open MP RTL, which is used by the Math Kernel Library (MKL). The MKL itself is freely deployable under the Intel Simplified Software License, but I cannot find similar information for the OpenMP RTL.

The versions of the dlls I want to deploy came with Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015. I know this is an older version but I would much rather not have to update my software to use the new oneAPI. The specific file is:

libiomp5md.dll version 5.0.2014.1201

Please could you point me towards the licence governing this version of the OpenMP RTL?
