PSXE2020 installer won't run. Help!

I have the parallel_studio_xe_2020_update4_cluster_edition_online_setup.exe installer that I ran fine to do the initial install.  But then I installed VS2022 and OneAPI.  But that broke the VS2019/PSXE2020 install I had working.  I uninstalled VS2022 and tried to do anything with the PSXE2020 .exe it brings up the extracting configuration files screen and then just disappears.  Any idea how to figure out why it won't run?  How to get both VS2019/PSXE2020 and VS2022/OneAPI2023 working together?
