Intel updates have been available for me for weeks that I cannot download, they always stay at 0%. What could be the problem? Who can help me?

Ralph, as we had suggested privately, since your issue is related to a variety of tools, we are unable to move this thread a particular queue. As we at the Development Software support team do not support the tools you had stated, we would suggest you to do the following:
For the Intel® Graphics DCH driver issue, post your query on the Graphics forum by clicking here: https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/bd-p/graphics
For Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® and Intel® Killer Performance Suite issue, post your query on the Wireless forum by clicking here: https://community.intel.com/t5/Wireless/bd-p/wireless
Our representatives would contact you at the earliest to resolve your query.
Going forwards, we at Intel® will not be monitoring this thread. If you need any additional information related to Development software, please post a new thread by visiting the link: https://community.intel.com/t5/Registration-Download-Licensing/bd-p/registration-download-licensing-instal

That sounds like antivirus or firewall blocking it. I would turn them both off and try it!

Or, using some browser that is not supported (just to be different).
Chrome, Credge (aka EDGE), or firefox are all that is supported.

There's a lot of little things ... like also clear the cache!

Hi Ralph, try clearing out the cache & cookies of your browser first. When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. Also, make sure your browser is updated to the most latest version.

Hello, thank you for your answers. First I tried to clear the cache and cookies, but unfortunately it didn't work. Work with Firefox. Then I tried the Chrome browser but it didn't work either. All Intel functions are activated in the settings in the firewall. Does this update function possibly use a different name that I cannot assign at first? I don't understand, I've already been able to make updates a couple of times and without any problems. Haven't changed any settings or anything since then.

Ralph, we checked the downloads on Intel® server end. It seems that the issue is specifically at your system end.
Did you update your system OS recently? Could you turn off your firewall temporarily? If so, then turn off the firewall for the updates and then turn it back on right after the updates are successfully downloaded and installed.

Hello, and thanks again for the quick reply. So I switched off the firewall for private and public networks and then started a new attempt with the updates. Unfortunately with the already known end result. It doesn't work. But now a question: after switching off the firewall do you have to restart the system or not? First tried without it.

I just looked at the last Windows updates and there were already a few, how many since the last still functioning point in time I can't pinpoint now.

So I looked for the latest files in the Intel folders on the C hard drive and there should have been 3 Microsoft updates since then. Should I give the names of the updates? Would that help?
