ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license

Hello All

I am using Parallel Studio XE2019 and Visual Studio 2019 to compile Fortran file for ANSYS 2022R1. During compilation error occurred like as

ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license  

 

Kindly help me to solve this error.
