"Service currently unavailable" - Cannot download OneAPI Base Toolkit

When I tried to download the OneAPI Base Toolkit at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/base-toolkit-download.html?operatingsystem=window&distributions=online, I got the "Service currently unavailable..." message and it's been a few days now. I tried Offline as well, and the same message appeared.

Found a solution. Clear your cache on your browser and try again. When i tried initially i wasnt logged in which may of messed up the cookies in the browser in some way or another.

I tried clearing browser cache (Chrome on Windows 11) and that did not solve the problem.

Could you provide a direct download link in .exe form? cannot find any way to access download on the original website
