AI Playground "Answer" Doesnt work

Hi, i have downloaded AI Playground, i'm using VGA ARC A750. However, when i try the function "Answer" even download all AI such as "DeepSeek"...., click the button, it load very long time then return fail error. I wonder might be the Answer function doesnt work with CPU from AMD, below was my pc case info:

CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 4750G Pro

RAM: 32GB

VGA: intel arc A750
