Hi

Thank you for initiating the discussion. I believe there are developers here who can create trading robots using various hardware and software tools. like the 17 Best Trading Robots for June 2025 Reviewed

But this AI Tools  primarily focuses on general AI frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, python etc  which may help to do that based on  personal perference. 

and some AI Agent related tools for your reference  :
