TEMP HIGH I5 14600K

Hello friends, I have a question. I would be grateful if you could help me. I have a CPU I5 14600K, my water cooling is DEEPCOOL LE720 ARGB. When I install a game, the temperature immediately rises above 80 degrees from 35 degrees, and also in the CPU Z benchmark test, the system also lags what is the problem?
