BSOD in Intel Vtune Amplifier 2019 update 4

I've chosen to profile the IE process. Everything works without falling. Then I've selected the option "Customize a copy of the selected analysis" and have got BSOD in vtss.sys. I do not have any additional antivirus software. The problem is reproduced stably every time.

OS is the last 10.0.18362.239 (1903) X64

Hello Gleb,

While we are testing a fix to the issue you reported, would you please let us know your CPU family, model, and stepping?

We suspect the issue is specific to your build of Windows, and may even depend on the CPU model.

Thanks,

Stas

Hello Gleb,

Would you please give the attached driver a try?

Please note that is was not signed for use with Secure Boot, so you may need to disable Secure Boot, if it's on, for the driver to run.

Please unzip the driver to "Your_VTune_Dir\bin64\sepdrv\vtss.sys" and re-load it by running "Your_VTune_Dir\bin64\amplxe-sepreg.exe -i" from an Administrator console.

Thanks,

Stas
