Cannot download the evaluation version of the product

When I press "download" link on the page http://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-vtune-amplifier-xe I get an error about infinite redirection loop.

I tested this on Chrome and Internet Explorer 10.

Sometimes I have similar problem with redirect loop when I try to log in on IDZ ,but I am using Firefox.
