Collecting data during boot (Windows)

Hi,
Is it possible (on Windows OS) to collect data during boot time in order to:
1. Analyze boot time issues with system drivers? (system-wide)
2. Analyze boot time issues with system services (attach to a particular service/application during the boot process)

That is impossible. Sorry!

The tool is the application, not windows service based.
