Hi
I downloaded Intel Parallel Studio XE 2019 Trial and as soon as I try to run Memory Error Analysis, it crashes Windows and restarts my computer.
Not being able to do the memory analysis or crashing Visual Studio might be understandable but crashing Windows is too severe.
We would like to use the tool as we have a huge code base in pure C++/MFC.
Used Visual Studio 2013 Pro.
Thanks,
Best regards,
Kim

I filed a bug report for the same problem, although I have only application crashes in ntdll.dll (my computer does not crash). The Intel tech support person mentioned it is a known problem that Inspector crashes when using Windows 10 version 1809. He also said this is mentioned in the online release notes for Inspector (which it is). No estimate on when this will be fixed. Hopefully you still have a machine that runs a version of Windows 10 prior to version 1809 on which you can run the tool.

Hi,
We have an engineering build that we believe resolves the issue. If you'd like to try it out, please file a support ticket at: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-to-create-a-support-request-at-online-service-center
I will attach the build to the issue.
Regards,
Kevin

Thanks Kevin,
I think I need some help to register a support ticket as I get 403: Forbidden Access.
