...designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
This is on the same program that I can't do a call graph profile on.

Information is not detail enough, so Imay notunderstand your issue well...regarding that error message is call graph cache relevant. I suggest you to read this article, and hope it helps.
