Hotspot analysis , lock wait analysis results in failed to finalize data

Hi,

I am using intex VTune amplifier XE 2013.

I am using this tool to measure the performance of my application.

My application spwans more than one child processes hence I have selected "Analyse child processes" check box from project properties.

Whenever I run following analysis it results into the "Failed to finalize result".

(1) Hot spot analysis

(2) Locks and waits

The steps I am following are mentioned below:

(1) File->New->Analysis

(2) Select Hotspot or Locks and waits analysis

(3) Go to project properties

(4) Target type: Attach to Process

(5) I am providing process name and search directories for the source.

(6) Press OK select Start

When I select Stop it shows the error as "Failed to finalize the result".

Kindly look into the matter.
