Motherboard Serial number identification

My Motherboard is giving restarting problem,It used to give the same problem from the time i bought it,so i got it replaced...but after replacement i didn get my Motherboard box on which the serial no was given...The same restarting problem is occuring now i want to get it repaired or replaced,How do we identify the motherboard serial number. Is there any application which can identify serial number....
