My vtune remote data collector is not working!

Dear expert,
I used the default set of vtuneTDC.exe based on TBS (Time Based Sampling) to sample the statistical data for my programe, and the sample count is always zero or one.
However,the vtuneTDC.exe is working only if I used the EBS method which could not fully improve my programe.
Please give me a hand!

Which device are you trying to use VTune on? There are only a few devices that currently support VTune.
