Hello, I am Jash, and I have problem with memory access analysis, it says that "Cannot configure sampling event froups. The collection is terminated. Use -knob event-config=? to see the list of available events for the target" and "The result is empty". When I do right click on any analysis and chose "New hardware event based analysis" it shows nothing, the event list is empty. Details of my system are as follows

Processor :  Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2670 v3 @ 2.30GHz (Haswell)

Operating System: CentOS Linux 7 (Core)
CPE OS Name: cpe:/o:centos:centos:7
Kernel: Linux 3.10.0-327.18.2.el7.x86_64

vtune_amplifier_xe_2017.0.2.478468

I went through the page https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/finding-your-memory-access-performance-bottlenecks , but no help.

I also checked the drivers with "./insmod-sep -q" and the user is under "vtune" group.
pax driver is loaded and owned by group "vtune" with file permissions "666".
socperf2_0 driver is loaded and owned by group "vtune" with file permissions "666".
sep4_0 driver is loaded and owned by group "vtune" with file permissions "666".
vtsspp driver is loaded and owned by group "vtune" with file permissions "666".

Hi Jash,

It looks like the product hasn't been installed properly on your system. Can you please try to reinstall it?

Please also switch to VTune Amplifier 2017 Update 1.
