Serial Number not working

Hi,

I've recently created a brand new account, obtained a serial key and am trying to install the product but I get this error:

According to my subscriptions, my license is active. I've also tried using the license file instead of the serial number but I get this error: "The license file provided is invalid."

We confirm that S/N registered for "Thomas White" is valid and actual, it was successfully accepted by VTune Amplifier 2019 installation tested on our side.

One of possible reason could be modified system clock, please double check date and time on your system?

If it doesn't help to accept the license, we will contact you via mail specified at the Intel Registration Center to get more info.
