Hi there,
I was wondering if VTSS (required for Advanced Profiling with callstacks) should work on my system.
Intel Xeon E5-2687W v3, Haswell-E/EP Socket 2011LGA
I installed Vtune as administrator and running the commands below (as admin) doesn't work, it fails to install the driver.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ewen

Hi Katya,
Thanks for replying. I recently installed the Creators Build.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro
Version 1703
OS Build 15063.138
AFAIK Advanced Hotspots profiling used to work on this machine (on a previous build of Windows) with Vtune2016 Update4.
Thanks,
Ewen

Hello Ewen,
Windows 10 build #15063 support by vtss driver is expected in coming Update 3 of VTune Amplifier 2017.
To unblock you now - please use updated drivers attached to the below forum thread with the same problem:
https://software.intel.com/en-us/comment/1903244#comment-1903244
Copy the attachment over <VTune>\bin64\sepdrv\vtss.sys”, then run “amplxe-sepreg.exe -i” from an administrative console to reload the driver.
