Vtune Problem on Fedora Core

I have installed Vtune 8 on Fedora Core 4. But there are major issues in it. The problem is that whenever I try to run the vtune eclipse, it gives the JVM error.I tried to workaound the issue by the OTHER_JVM_BINDIR variable, but the problem persists. I am unable to do anything.

Please help we workaroung this issue.

Have you ever had another Eclipse version installed on your machine?

If yes - try to remove ".eclipse" folder from your $HOME directory andthen re-run vtlec with a new workspace.
