how to register vTune with floating license

Hi,

My company bought vTune Amplifier. I can use XE 2016 Update 2.

And I want to register this product, where can I find the serial number?

Dear Customer,

If your company has registered the serial number with an email address, then you can find the serial number at Intel Registration Center (https://registrationcenter.intel.com/) after logging with the email address registered. Thanks.

Hi Zhouwei,

I have found the serial number and registered a new account with my working email.

Now I am trying to install VTune 2018. I have confirmed with my admin of license server, we have the valid license. And port/firewall settings are in good condition, but VTune 2018 installer cannot connect to license server.

Can you contact me via my working email, and check the issue?
