socwatch error (entry point not found)

Hi 

I got this error when running socwatch from command prompt :

socwatch entry point not found

the procedure entry point getsystemtimepreciseasfiletime could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll.

I am using vtune 2017 with windows 7

Intel SoC Watch does not support Windows 7.  It can only be run on Windows 8, 8.1, 10.
