IEEE 128-bit software floating point is a fully supported feature of Intel Fortran compilers, partially supported by Intel C++.
Intel MPI is discussed primarily on the HPC and Cluster forum.
Debugger support is provided in the compiler "composer" packages, differing significantly between Windows, linux, and MAC targets.
