Hi!

If you want someone at Intelto look into this, you need to submit an issue at our free, technical support site: Intel Premier Support.

This is a user forum, not a support mechanism. Premier Support is staffed by technical support personnel and they can help you, and also forward any unresolved problems to the engineers for further investigation.

Hello, I encountered a similar problem. I tried the technical support site but it says I cannot be authenticated. I even requested the password to be sent to my e-mail and used that password but intel still doesn't allow me to log in. Any other advice? Thank you.
