I have using devcloud FPGA for several weeks. I reinstalled the system and need to download the SSH key, but the page https://devcloud.intel.com/fpga/?uuid=<uuid> is down and shows 500 internal server error. I have tried different browsers and no one works.

Hi @YZ,

Thank you for posting in Intel community forum and hope this message find you well.
Usually there are 2 options is getting the SSH key once you get welcome email from the DevCloud service as below:
1) Clicking on the unique URL from the welcome email, which will automatically bring you to the page to download the SSH key.
2) Another options would be to access this link 'https://devcloud.intel.com/fpga/connect/', click on Sign in on the top right or center of the page, enter the UUID (unique # provided in the welcome email), and click on submit. This will being you to the same page to download the SSH key.

Quick clarification, may I know where do you get the mention link from?
Please do try the steps above and let us know if any difficulties in completing them.

Warm regards.

I know how to access the SSH key. The problem I encountered was that the server of https://devcloud.intel.com/fpga/connect/ was down at that time. The problem is resolved now.
