Сan't create a custom resolution

The other day I bought myself a new computer with an i5-11500 processor and found that they can no longer create custom resolution. The fact is that the entry fields of all the parameters that were on the last platform with the i3 8300... Tried to update the motherboard bios and install different versions of the drivers, nothing helped. Why can't I put an 81-hertz update rate for my monitor now? Using CRU causes random problems that require a computer reboot.
