Access to the Intel Integrated graphics from PCIe bus

Hello everyone. I'm interested in Intel graphics architecture and have the following question: is it possible to get an access to the integrated GPU from another CPU via PCIe bus? Or through the system DRAM?

Interesting question, I am not sure on it. Have you looked at the processor graphics guides?
