Hi,
Before proceeding further, could you clarify:
- Are you running Ubuntu* 20.04 LTS OS?
- Does your hardware within the range of 6th to 10th Generation Intel® Core™ processors with Intel® Iris® Plus graphics or Intel® HD Graphics?
- Are you using proxy?
Cordially,
Iffa

Hi,
From our side, we did not notice 404 errors.
We did encounter a docker permission denied which was resolved by doing the docker post install linux steps mentioned here: Linux post-installation steps for Docker Engine | Docker Docs
There is another error encountered which was resolved by making the change below and running the ./edgesoftware install command.
/opt/intel/eif/EII-UseCaseManager/edge_insights_for_fleet/scripts/download_js.sh
Line #: 12
From: BASE_URL="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/"
To: BASE_URL="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs"
Have you tried to re-install and see whether the same issue persists?
Cordially,
Iffa
