What happened to ELL? (Embedded Linux Library)

I've been investigating a Linux WiFi stack called "iwd", which uses a library called "ELL" or "Embedded Linux Library".

I have found a mirror on GitHub here: https://github.com/bryanperris/ell

The original project's README links to this URL: https://01.org/ell

However, that URL no longer appears to exist and just redirects to the "All Things Open Source at Intel" overview page.

Does this "ELL" project's official page still exist at Intel's website?  Is this library still maintained?

Wan, this project off of GitHub has not been touched in 5 years. The one from https://01.org/ell which redirects to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/topic-technology/open/overview.html seems to have no home for source code contribution and the README shows the copyright as Intel Corporation. It also says to go to https://01.org/ell for additional information.
