Hi Intel-Community
we are interested in the Ethernet Controller I226 and I was wondering if Intel provides drivers for this adapter? I saw on your website that Intel provides a Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15084/intel-ethernet-adapter-complete-driver-pack.html), but inside the supported products list the I226 Controller does not seem to be listed, only the I225.
We would like to use the I226 on our boards running embedded Linux Kernel 6.1.1. Are there any drivers available to costumers?
Also saw this post here in the community: https://community.intel.com/t5/Embedded-Connectivity/Where-to-download-Intel-i226-IT-Linux-driver/m-p/1365682 But it seems it redirects to the same driver package that I mentioned above. Does this driver package also apply for the I226 Controller?
Thank you for your help!

Hello @Easing0339,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
Yes, but you will need a Premier account in RDC in order to get access to the respective documents.
For this project you may ask to the Intel Sales Representative where you are acquiring the Controllers to give you access to them too.
In this case you may ask for the documents Intel® Ethernet Controller I226 NVM #686540 and LAN Tools #615722.
Best regards,
