Ethernet Controller I211, How to handle unused pin

My design will use "I211" to convert PCI Express to Ethernet (100BASE-TX).
The following pins are unused and are open. Is this correct?
Should I connect to something?

・PE_WAKE_N(16)

・MDI_PLUS[2](53), MDI_MINUS[2](52), MDI_PLUS[3](50), MDI_MINUS[3](49)

・RSVD43(43), RSVD44(44)

・SDP0(63), SDP1(61), SDP2(62), SDP3(60)

・NC (22)
