Hi Intel Team,
Regarding the re-flash of MAC address for the I226-IT,
we have already referred to documents #348742 and #572162 on RDC.
However, the executable files in #348742 can only run on x86 systems,
and #572162 can be compiled and executed on ARM systems, but it does not support the I226
series.
Therefore, our current requirement is to re-flash the MAC address of the I226-IT on ARM(aarch64)
system, or does RDC already have related tools that can be executed on ARM systems?
Thanks.
Best regards,
Leo

Hello @LeoZe,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
And my apologies for the late reply, kind of had much lately.
Regarding your request, you have mentioned "re-flash", have you programmed the MAC address in the device before? If yes, which NVM version do you have in the I226?
Best regards,

Hi Diego,
Thanks for you reply.
No, the MAC address is currently the default one,
we need to update customized MAC address using
"eeupdate" or "lanconf" on "ARM" (aarch64) base system.
And we also found document #615722 in RDC, it still can only
run on x86 systems.
Can you provide the source code for #615722 or an executable
(e.g. eeupate, lanconf) that can run on the ARM base system?
Thanks.
Best regards,
Leo

Hello @LeoZe,
Oh, it is because once the MAC address is updated, then becomes protected and can't be changed again, I was worried it was the case.
But, I still don't have positive news, it seems that the support for ARM platforms is not in the plan of record for the I225-I226, my apologies.
