WGI210IT-SLJXS - Ethernet not able to ping connected device

We are using WGI210IT-SLJXS/SLJXT IC in our design, while testing we are not able to ping the connected device. But MAC IC is displayed.

All drivers are installed.

Any software coding is required? Kindly do need full.

Attached circuit diagram for reference.

Hello Diego,

• In document FAQ in section 2.9 it is mentioned that in "I210 without external flash memory no management interface or autonomous external PHY control via MDIO or I2C is available without flash memory".

• We are powering ON WGI210IT-SLJXS/SLJXT for the first time in our design, so do we need to do any external memory flashing. If yes, please guide us to do external memory flash.

• Attaching circuit diagram, kindly review.

• We are communicating with zingtron Kontron EV distributor, attached mail communication.
