Hello,
I need to downgrade my firmware from the Thunderbolt controller (onboard). I currently have Thunderbolt Controller NVM firmware version 36.0
My mainboard is an Asus Rox strix z-690 Formula.
Thunderbolt 1/2 devices will no longer be supported due to a change made by Intel® regarding the update of Thunderbolt firmware to NVM 36
But since I need the Thunderbolt 2 device as a server, I urgently need to downgrade the NVM firmware.
Is it possible to do this with a firmware downgrade?
I would appreciate an answer.
Best regards
Ciciero
