We need the i350 EEPROM Access Tool for aarch

Hello,

We are developing a device for a client that includes the i350 and an ARM based processor. We very urgently need the aarch EEPROM access tool and developer documents that you are gatekeeping behind the RDC premier service, in order to manage flashing of the EEPROM from our ARM-based system.

We are a little confused as to why you have rejected our Developer Zone application, despite providing all of the necessary details, including CNDA number? Noting that your website was broken, and would not allow us to enter the correct company address, so not sure if that caused an issue.

We look forward to your timely response, as this is now delaying development.

Indeed, the EEPROM access tool and developer documents are only available through RDC service, so we recommend sending a request again by following the instructions described on the below article.

Thanks for your response. We have created a new account for the company and have submitted the details again. This time we were able to enter all of the correct details in to the form using the fresh account. I hope this will now be sufficient for being granted the required access.
