Hi,

We have used intel ethernet controller(X550-AT2) on custom board with Jetson AGX xavier. We have installed ixgbe latest drivers , but it does not show ethernet ports. I think we have to flash the chip, but how do flash it in ARM64. I have downloaded NVM update tool , but it is not working in ARM64 platform.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

But we need EEPROM-ARM-TOOL to write the data in NOR-FLASH.

Can you please provide this tool, so that we can update the empty NVM in custom board.

Note: We have very less time , we need to test and deliver the unit. I have raised a request for privilege account also, it is still pending.

Request your support.
