intel i219 v - get new chip

Hello!
I have ASUS ROG STRIX 370-E Gaming main board and my network LAN does not work. I have to install new intel i219 v chip. I hadn't found it anywhere online. The only interesting material I found was https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/82186/intel-ethernet-connection-i219v/specifications.html.
Could somebody help me and give me an advice where I could try to find it? In my plans I would like to buy it somewhere online, to get it and to install it.
